If you want a real insight into what it's like to work with SKAI, have a look at what our people say.

Jane Green-Armytage, a senior employee who joined SKAI in 2003 after working with us as an associate for many years says "working for SKAI is unlike any other place I have worked before, because the company values fit so comfortably with my own."

What it's like to work with SKAI? Fun, interesting, challenging.  Doing work that I would never be able to do otherwise, with really interesting people.  Constantly receiving feedback, both positive and negative in a safe environment that encourages growth and development all the time.

What do I enjoy about working with SKAI? The independence, the support, the challenge and the fun.

What don't I enjoy about working with SKAI?  Difficult to say, but I suppose, always having to go into London, not having more local work.

Nicki Tanner, a senior employee who joined SKAI in 2002 after working for us an associate for many years says ?I have the best relationship to my work, the best work life balance and the most passion and belief in what I do since working for SKAI?.

What it's like to work with SKAI? Exciting, demanding and extremely rewarding.  A balancing act of delivery ? coaching and facilitation; developing new business; and maintaining relationships with clients and other stakeholders.  A varying demand on brain power ? designing and delivering programmes; coaching different levels of hierarchy; and client meetings that can be like meeting friends or demanding high levels of business savvy and creativity. Exhilarating when a client wants a tailored programme ? delivered next week!

What do I enjoy about working with SKAI?  I love the variety of engagements, not just in one week but often in one day ? from civil servants to corporate lawyers, HR to CEO, from one to one coaching to group coaching and team facilitation.  I also relish the opportunity to help grow the business through the areas that I enjoy and in which I know can excel.  Being part of a team means that I can bounce ideas and collaborate with other people who I respect and enjoy working with whilst having the time freedom to work in a style that best suits me.  The best however, is when you see a person or group ?get it', whatever it happens to be.

What don't I enjoy about working with SKAI?  Not having someone to do some more of the administration and day to day ?chores' whilst I am out delivering the coaching and learning programmes ? it's always there waiting for me!  And it normally looks bigger than when I looked the last time.

Hilary Oliver, an associate coach who started working with us at the end of 2004, says " I enjoy working with SKAI because there is always a sense of fun and lightness and at the same time providing a highly professional and consistent service to clients and associates."

What's it like to work with SKAI - for me it's having a structure within a sense of freedom. SKAI provides practical and beneficial support to me when I need it (and even when I don't!).  Using practical and yet creative tools and techniques to support clients to excel.

What do I enjoy about working with SKAI - well it's early days for me, I enjoy the people, the camaraderie, the professionalism and the fact that as an associate I get included.

What don't I enjoy  - nothing really.

Dan Heany, an associate with SKAI since 2002, says "working with SKAI is the closest I have come to experiencing a learning organisation - it can be scary but really developmental at a personal level".

What is it like to work with SKAI - the support and encouragement of the directors at SKAI is truly inspiring -- they really do 'walk the talk'.  They don't fail to address issues either -- and that can be personally challenging.   This is done in a true spirit of serving the customer, putting right mistakes and, most importantly, learning for the future.  It is never done from the perspective of allocating blame.

What do I enjoy about working with SKAI - t he excitement and being able to bring my skills and experience to bear in a very dramatic and challenging environment.  I have a great deal of autonomy day to day but I have the security of knowing I have the backing of great teams (at SKAI and with the client) to call on when I need support or advice.

What don't I enjoy about working with SKAI - I enjoy nearly everything so complaints are relatively minor none of which are strong enough to in any way counter the satisfaction I get from the work.
