In this article written by Kate Lidbetter, SKAI's Head of Coaching, we present SKAI's recent research into talent management
programmes in large organisations. The research was conducted amongst the talent themselves (forty individuals from large blue chip organisations),
to find out what impact the development they received had on their personal performance, commitment and motivation. Kate discusses the impact of
Talent Management programmes on the "talented" participants; the development options offered by organisations; and the development options most
preferred by people on the programmes (and yes, there is a mis-match!).
