THE INTERNATIONAL JOURNAL OF MENTORING AND COACHING - Will the UK coaching market continue to be good for small-medium sized providers?

A provider's perspective by Kate Lidbetter, SKAI's Head of Coaching, on the UK coaching market. In this article Kate discusses the business decisions SKAI has made on the back of extensive research we have recently carried out into the coaching market - what makes purchasers buy coaching and what they think of coaching providers. There is a lot written about how coaching services should be procured and managed, and indeed what constitutes "good" practice. In the article Kate explains how our research would seem to suggest that those that actually pay for the service are not necessarily exactly in line with this.
