COACHING AT WORK - Bosses to busy for their own development

A write up of SKAI's recently commissioned research into the use of business coaches in organisations. The article leads on a key finding from the research that bosses are failing to prioritise their own development believing they are too busy to be coached or that coaching does not apply to them. It goes on to report more results from the research around "what influences people in organisations when they buy coaching services".
