The article focuses on the survey results that appear in the white paper and state that 50% of business leadesr and board members surveyed think their staff don't feel that they add value. It goes on to explore some of the recommendation made in the white paper includinf the need for more development for senior leaders and board members who often don't realise that their new job requires new skills.
