Fat Cats in Crisis of Confidence by Julia Snoddy This article details how a high proportion of business leaders in Britain feel that despite high salaries and bonuses they are failing to use their time effectively and are not rated by their employees. It is based on a survey by SKAI Associates of 450 senior leaders throughout the UK, including some FTSE 100 companies, government organisations as well as small and medium enterprised. "There is a lack of confidence in the people leading Britain's companies", said Kate Lidbetter, a SKAI director.
