Over the years, we have gained a large amount of quantative and qualitative data on those things leaders find challenging to apply daily in a consistent and powerful way.

These can often be things that have already been taught, or perhaps are known in some detail, but for some indefinable reason are not happening consistently and powerfully across an organisation – and business performance depends on them.

The measurement we provide as part of all of our coaching programmes often highlights the same things – and many of our clients have therefore asked us to provide group learning activities that address this deficiency.

That is how our MasterClass programme first evolved. It's a menu of development events that range from 90 minutes to one day. They are not training, although a small amount of time is spent in imparting knowledge. They are more like unblockers and galvanisers (you should have read those words elsewhere on our website!) to ensure that participants leave the event fully equipped and motivated to actually apply the discipline in the workplace.

Our current menu of MasterClasses is 14 full day events and 21 shorter “BiteSized learning” opportunities. These topics are the crucial, most common areas of deficiency in all the organisations we have worked with, and the event design is our distilled, gold standard at what it takes to shift performance, fast.
