That is how our MasterClass programme first evolved. It’s a menu of development events that range from 90 minutes to one day. They are not training, although a small amount of time is spent in imparting knowledge. They are more like unblockers and galvanisers (you should have read those words elsewhere on our website!) to ensure that participants leave the event fully equipped and motivated to actually apply the discipline in the workplace.
