We believe that your true power isn’t based upon your role or job title. It’s based upon your capabilities, your motivation and, crucially, how you impact others. All this affects your performance and your career progression. Often, the more senior you get the harder it is to get true perspective on your performance, and what those key things are that affect it in the day to day. It’s also often lonely at the top, with confidential, safe sharing with peers thin on the ground.
Our approaches are tried and tested with a myriad of senior leaders such as yourself. You won’t find any vague fireside chats with any of our coaches, simply a direct, humorous and immediately applicable helper who can up your game from the first conversation.
Does it hurt? No. Coaching takes place around your own commitments, and usually in your own office, thus avoiding any extensive periods away from your work. The sessions are fast paced, exciting and fun, and we promise that each time you will learn something simple to apply, that is immediately useful, whatever your challenge. We have a saying “if you have to write it down during the session, it’s too complex, and you haven’t learnt it”. You’ll get no manuals to place on the shelf from us!
We provide business coaching programmes to enable leaders to do their jobs better so that they deliver on business outcomes. We also develop leaders in coaching skills that enable their people to do the same. We are not life coaches, although where personal issues are impacting upon professional performance then coaching will address those issues appropriately and safely.
All of our offerings include an assessment of business impact, so our clients can see that what they have invested in has delivered the results they need. The organisations that purchase our services need proof that they work, and specifically what they will deliver. That is why our approaches are all structured and predictable (whilst of course the people who receive them aren’t!). In this way ROI is assured, proper account management is possible, and the mystery that can surround coaching is removed.
