On 28th November SKAI, sponsored by ABN AMRO, held a forum for a select group of like-minded HR professionals and Operational Leaders, to share experiences and views on the subject of Talent Management. SKAI reported back on recently conducted research with talented professionals that focused on "what they appreciate from the workplace that inspires and motivates them". Chris Dixon, from ABN AMRO's Global Learning and Development Team, shared experiences from their recently launched Talent Management programme. This was followed by facilitated table discussions on related subjects such as "how to sustain Talent Management programmes, how to balance short term business needs with managing talent and getting line managers on board. The evening finished with a networking opportunity for participants.
