On 8th November SKAI ran a networking event which was an opportunity to people to meet other board members and senior leaders in order to share their reactions to a survey on leadership that we had recently undertaken. Those who attended we able to explore with each other how their current leadership team could be unblocked, inspired and galvanised. At the same time they will heard what others are doing about leadership in their organisations. We evening was designed to be highly participative and fun yet informative and, hopefully, inspirational.
